WHAT OUR WARRANTY COVERS

We offer a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in jewellery purchased directly from Vandana Jewels.

This includes:
– Manufacturing or craftsmanship defects
– Loose settings caused due to a manufacturing issue
– Structural issues identified under normal usage

WARRANTY DURATION

– Gold and Platinum Jewellery: Lifetime manufacturing warranty
– Silver Jewellery: 6 months manufacturing warranty
– Diamond and Gemstone Jewellery: Lifetime warranty on setting workmanship (stones themselves are not covered against damage)

The warranty starts from the date of purchase mentioned on your invoice.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

While we stand behind our craftsmanship, the warranty does not cover:
– Normal wear and tear such as scratches, dents, or fading over time
– Damage caused by accidents, mishandling, or rough use
– Damage due to contact with chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, or cleaning products
– Broken, chipped, or lost stones due to impact
– Repairs, resizing, or alterations done by anyone other than authorized jewellers
– Loss, theft, or intentional damage

CARING FOR YOUR JEWELLERY

Jewellery is delicate and deserves gentle care. To keep it looking beautiful:
– Remove jewellery before exercising, cooking, or household work
– Avoid direct contact with perfumes, sprays, and chemicals
– Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or box
– Have your jewellery checked and cleaned periodically by professionals

Please note that damage caused due to improper care may void the warranty.

HOW TO CLAIM WARRANTY SERVICE

If you believe your jewellery has a manufacturing issue:
1. Visit our store or reach out to our customer support team
2. Bring your original invoice or proof of purchase
3. Allow us to inspect the jewellery

Our team will carefully examine the piece and guide you through the next steps.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed:
– We will repair the jewellery at no cost, or
– Replace it with a similar item of equal value, subject to availability

In cases where repair or replacement is not possible, store credit may be offered.
